Returns Exchange Policy

I) What should I do if the product is not what I ordered or has arrived broken?

If the product received is not what you ordered, or faulty or broken, please write to us at orders@shaktisportsonline.com within 2 days of receipt of the product.

Situation 1– If you are not happy with the product you ordered (you ordered the wrong size, color or model), please inform us within 2 working days and arrange for sending the products to us. To inform us please e-mail us at orders@shaktisportsonline.com

You will be required to courier the products to us on the below mentioned address:

In this case, the shipping charges will be at your expenses (to return the original product to SHAKTI SPORTS). Once we receive the return, we shall refund the amount relevant to the returned product to you (after deducting the payment processing charges, if any). Post this, you will have to place a fresh order with the right product and make the payment accordingly.

Please note that to allow this replacement; the products should be returned in their original packaging, unused and not damaged along with the MRP tag. You can also return the product in person if you are in Pune, directly at our Head Office

Situation 2 – If there is a mistake in the order you received (wrong product received, product missing, wrong size, color, product you ordered, etc.), please inform us within 2 working days of receiving the order. To inform us please e-mail us at orders@shaktisportsonline.com

After the receipt of your e-mail, we will request you to courier the product back to us on the below mentioned address. Post which, we will refund the courier cost to you.

We will organize the delivery of the correct product to your address with no extra charges. Please note that to allow this replacement; the products should be returned in their original packaging, unused and not damaged along with the MRP tag. You can also return the product in person if you are in Pune, directly at our Head Office

Please don’t accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment.

Please note that the product should be returned in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. These returns will not be accepted if there is a visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

This policy is not applicable for any heavy equipments including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipments, on court equipments, pool/billiards tables, treadmills, exercise-bikes, foosball tables, gift vouchers etc. 

II) What is the 30-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects?
All of our products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you find a manufacturing defect in the product, please inform us within 30 days of delivery. We shall offer you a replacement at no extra cost to you. 

Due to the highly technical nature of the products we sell, in the event that the product has been used at least once, we will need to send it to the manufacturer to confirm that the product defect is due to a manufacturing fault - our suppliers will always come back to us within 28 days maximum (normally much quicker) and we will get in contact with you on hearing their findings.

Please note that this warranty does not apply in case of natural wear and tear of the product during normal conditions of usage.

Also, please note that to allow us to provide this benefit to our online customers, we will require from you to support the cost of sending back the defective product to us.


III) Can I cancel an order?
Yes, If the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order and you can choose to have the entire amount refunded (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur two-way return shipping cost and deduction of payment processing fees, which shall be additionally borne by you. Kindly Contact us for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not. 

Please note that orders for personalized items (including but not limited to customized racquets, cricket bats) or products where the manufacturer's packing has been opened cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

For any cancellations, please follow the procedures outlined in (I) above and note that in this case, the returns shipping cost has to be borne by you and we will not be refunded.

IV) Once I place an order, can I get the size/colour changed? 
Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a change in size/colour without any charges. However, once the order has been shipped, any request for changes shall incur return & replacement shipping cost which shall be borne by you and we will not be refunded.

Kindly contact us for any requests for changes immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not. 

V) How will I get the refund on cancellation /returns?
You will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment ie. Credit card / cheque. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returns by us for further processing. 

In case of any refunds,Shaktisportsonline.com will credit the refund in the same manner in which the original payment is made. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card, your card account will be credited for the refund amount. If you have issued a cheque, Shaktisportsonline.com will issue a cheque on your name for the refund amount. We will process the refund within 10 working days and make the credit to your card account. In case of cheque, it may take a few more days for the physical delivery of the cheque. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders, will be done through Cheque.

VI) What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only. Shaktisportsonline.com’s liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
